We only collect the data you submit voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), message. The form is processed by Netlify Forms (data hosted in the European Union or in the United States with adequate safeguards).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.

3. Audience analytics

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. Aggregated, anonymous statistics (visited pages, country, referrer) are collected to understand site usage.

4. Purpose & legal basis

Data submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent and our pre-contractual interest in answering you (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention

Your data is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years for legal and commercial reasons before being deleted.

6. Recipients

Your data is accessed only by Luc Veuillet and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Our hosting and form-processing providers (Netlify, GoatCounter) only handle it as technical processors.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@gamaca.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
