Three commitments:

1. **Clarity before code.** Every engagement opens with a written problem statement and a success metric. If we can't write it in one paragraph, no build work starts.
2. **User-anchored.** Use cases are validated against real users before scaling.
3. **Technology is an adjustment variable.** Model, vendor, RAG vs. fine-tune, agent vs. workflow — downstream decisions, made once strategy and user-fit are settled.
